Cream and jam never go out of style but we just couldn’t resist the chance to bring a sense of playfulness to the faithful scone and share our unique take on the festive flavours you love.

How do you recommend eating the Christmas dinner scone?

The Cornish way to eat a traditional scone in a Christmas cream tea is to add jam first. In the absence of strawberry jam, we recommend topping your stuffing-infused scone with a generous dollop of cranberry relish. Don’t be shy in adding plenty of our hand-sliced turkey and, maybe a spot of gravy? If gravy is a bit of you, let your scone swim in it and tuck in with a knife and fork.
