How are your pasties and cream teas delivered?
All our perishable items are packed in insulated temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to eat or refrigerate.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide next-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm Monday through Thursday. We do not typically ship on Fridays to avoid items sitting in transit over the weekend.
Are your products suitable for home freezing?
Most of our pasties and baked goods are suitable for freezing on the day of delivery for up to 3 months. Specific reheating instructions are included in every box.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you cater to specific dietary requirements?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options. Detailed allergen information for every product is available on the individual product pages and listed on the packaging.
How should I store my Cornish Clotted Cream?
Clotted cream should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. It is best consumed within 5 days of opening, or by the use-by date printed on the pot.
